Experience
My experience spans banking, insurance, healthcare and consulting, across organisations including HSBC, Credit Suisse, Santander, Lloyds Banking Group, GSK, Aspen Insurance and Deloitte.
Most recently, before founding Turntroop, I operated at group level at HSBC, leading enterprise AI and data strategy, operating model, governance and strategic execution priorities in direct partnership with the Group Chief Data & Analytics Officer.

Building with AI now
I’m also building Turntroop, an AI company starting in specialist lending.
The immediate focus is helping lenders turn fragmented case information into underwriter ready work while keeping consequential judgement with people.
The longer term vision is an AI execution layer for complex regulated organisations: giving increasingly capable general purpose AI the context, rules, tools, permissions and auditability needed to do useful work safely in the real world.
I take on a small number of senior advisory, interim and strategic transformation mandates where experienced judgement can materially change the outcome.
